Jenny & Gerry's Bridal Centre

I got married in May of this year (2023) wearing my beautiful gown from Jenny & Gerry’s. I had my appointment in Jan 2023 with Sally and she was absolutely amazing. I got to try on so many different gowns and Sally was so helpful with advice and ideas on some gowns I was on the fence about. Then when the one came we knew it was it. She made it all so comfortable and fun, I wish I could do it all over again. Fast forward to the buying and alterations. I spoke with Tonia most of the time and she is EXCELLENT. I cannot recommend her enough if you get to speak with her. She was so professional and so caring as well. I ran into some issues but Tonia went above and beyond to solve them for me. Alterations with Michelle just behind the shop were great. Every time I went in was better and better and I couldn’t wait to try on the dress each time. My dress fit perfectly after seeing Michelle. Jenny & Gerry’s also offer dry cleaning services on the gowns for that post wedding freshen up and it does take a bit of time, but I was in no rush as I obviously wasn’t going to wear the dress again anytime soon. But upon picking up the dress the lovely Tonia was there and we went through and looked at the dress and veil before I left and it was beautiful. I had an amazing experience here, again Tonia was an absolute pleasure to speak with and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I genuinely wish I could do it again. Thank you ❤️

Went to Jenny and Gerry’s Bridal Centre to buy my wedding gown and bridesmaids dress. During the selection process and upon collection the staff were super friendly and helpful, however we were not made aware in advanced of the amount of appointments needed which was slightly frustrating. The alteration process with Michelle was super easy and quick but there was an alteration error made with some of the bridesmaids dresses, resulting in two bridesmaids having to swap dresses and still being incorrect sizing. Would recommend the bridal Centre but would go elsewhere for alterations in the future.

I had an amazing experience from start to end. Felt supported, vision of what I wanted felt easy to find. Staff were wonderful, especially Tonia. We also had the suits purchased from Ignition, once again great service and easy to find what we were looking for. Thank you Daniel for your support with both groom and best man. I can not thank Sally enough for such an incredible experience this morning!! Sally could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, fun and down to earth!! She made our experience so incredibly positive and memorable, I am so grateful to her and highly recommend booking in with her. Jenny & Gerry’s had such an incredible range of dresses to choose from which was so good for a bride like me who had no idea what I wanted to wear or what styles would suit best!!! Both my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses were all sorted in the one appointment with champagne to celebrate at the end, I couldn’t be happier with the service and selection of dresses that I was able to try on, thank you 🩷🥂

I haven’t purchased my dress yet, but I have to say.. SALLY IS INCREDIBLE. I spent over 3 hours trying on different dresses and different styles and she was so patient with me and so amazing. She was extremely helpful with offering different ideas to suit my needs and she just made the whole experience so easy. I really appreciate her help so much and have to say she is an absolute asset to the team. If it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure if I would be going back. So THANK YOU SALLY ❤️

I had a style in mind and the previous two places just rolled with my idea.. it was different at Jenny & Gerry’s the expertise really showed. Rose was a true professional and pushed me out of my comfort zone to try new things. I ended up with a dress I never imagined, but better! Thank you for sharing the moment and helping me find my gown.
